The engagement focused on modernizing and simplifying ASO Solutions’ Identity and Access Management environment using SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) as the foundation for enterprise identity governance and automation.

Key Technical Achievements:

Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)

Standardized identity lifecycle processes and automated joiner–mover–leaver workflows leveraging SailPoint ISC. Implemented controls to enforce least privilege and Zero Trust access principles.

Directory & SSO Integration

Centralized authentication and applied consistent access policies across all environments by integrating Active Directory/LDAP with SailPoint ISC and federation platforms (Okta, Microsoft Entra ID).

Risk & Compliance (RBAC/SoD)

Implemented Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Segregation-of-Duties (SoD) controls within SailPoint ISC to reduce access risk, streamline access reviews, and support audit readiness.

Operational Optimization

Provided ongoing SailPoint ISC tuning, connector enhancements, and certification campaign support to maintain a secure, compliant, and operationally efficient IAM program.
