The engagement focused on designing, deploying, and operationalizing a robust Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution using Delinea (Secret Server and Privilege Cloud) to secure and manage all privileged credentials and access across Sheetz’s corporate and retail environments.

Key Technical Achievements:

Core Delinea Deployment

Successfully deployed and configured the Delinea Secret Server platform, including high-availability setup, remote access management, and session recording capabilities.

Credential Vaulting

Identified and onboarded over 3,500 critical privileged accounts (Windows, Unix/Linux, Databases, Network Devices) into the Delinea Secret Server platform.

Just-in-Time Access (JITA)

Implemented policy-based access and session monitoring for all administrative access, ensuring privileged users leverage the Delinea platform for on-demand, Just-in-Time access to sensitive systems.

Security & Compliance

Established automated credential rotation policies and configured granular access controls using Delinea, significantly reducing the attack surface from credential theft and enhancing compliance with PCI-DSS requirements.

Integration & Automation

Integrated Delinea with Sheetz’s existing SIEM (Splunk) and ITSM (ServiceNow) platforms for centralized logging, alerting, and streamlined access requests and approvals.
